Our team is currently implementing a temporary solution to keep all affected clients connected. While services will remain available, you may experience slower speeds and reduced performance until replacement equipment arrives and can be installed next week.

Southern Cape WISP will be performing planned network upgrades this week to improve network performance, reliability, and capacity for our wireless customers.

Areas affected:

• Karatara
• Ruigtevlei
• Elandskraal
• Hoogekraal
• Selected clients in Rondevlei

What to expect:
During the upgrade process, affected clients will be temporarily switched to a backup fibre connection. This will allow us to keep most customers online while the work is being completed.

You may experience:

• Reduced internet speeds
• Increased latency during peak periods
• Brief service interruptions while equipment is being migrated

Our technicians will work to keep downtime to an absolute minimum and complete the upgrades as quickly as possible.
